Thrive in Life Care was founded by a registered mental health nurse and psychotherapist, alongside a team of mental health nurses and support coordinators who have been part of the Gold Coast QLD and Central Coast NSW community for over 20 years.

Oliver leads our support coordination practice — connecting participants with the right providers, navigating complex systems, and making sure your NDIS plan truly works for you. With deep roots across the Gold Coast and Central Coast communities, Oliver brings both professional expertise and genuine local knowledge to every relationship.
Katarina
Level 3 Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching · Gold Coast QLD & Central Coast NSW
Katarina brings two distinct clinical roles to Thrive. As our Level 3 Support Coordinator, she navigates the most complex NDIS cases — connecting participants with the right systems, services, and plans. As a registered mental health nurse and psychotherapist, she also leads our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching practice — building recovery skills, resilience, and long-term independence.
