Who we work with in The Entrance
Thrive in Life Care works with NDIS participants with a range of disability types — including psychosocial disability, autism, acquired brain injury, and physical disability. We don't specialise in a single condition; we specialise in providing genuinely attentive, relationship-based support coordination and recovery coaching.
Katarina, our registered mental health nurse and psychotherapist, provides Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for participants whose mental health is central to their support picture. Oliver provides Level 2 Support Coordination across all disability types.
We're a small, deliberate team — we keep caseloads manageable so every participant gets real attention.
Plan-managed or self-managed?
As an unregistered provider, we work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. If you're NDIA-managed (agency-managed) and want to work with us, speak to your LAC about switching to plan management — it gives you access to the full provider market at no extra cost to you.
