How far does my
NDIS plan go?
Enter your plan budget and we'll calculate how many hours of support per week you can get — and show you how the day you choose affects your total hours.
When do you need support?
Estimates only. Based on the NDIS Price Guide 2024–25 (updated July 2024). Rates shown are for Assistance with Daily Life. Your plan may have specific rules or support limits — check with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.
How does the calculator work?
The NDIS Price Guide sets maximum hourly rates that registered providers can charge. These rates vary depending on the type of support, the time of day, and the day of the week — weekdays are cheapest, public holidays are most expensive.
This calculator divides your budget by the applicable hourly rate (or a weighted average for mixed schedules) to show your total hours, then spreads them across your plan duration to give a weekly figure.
Why does it matter? A $20,000 budget gives you about 5.7 hrs/week on weekdays, but only 3.2 hrs/week if all support is on Sundays — the same dollars, very different outcomes.
